Cambrian & Wyvern Region has secured a number of pitches within the Club Camping Areas at the Malvern Caravan & Motorhome Show.
With over 130 exhibitors, 28 local and national dealers, and more than 250 motorhomes, campervans and caravans on display, it's the perfect opportunity to compare layouts, discover the latest models and take advantage of end-of-season deals.
Your camping pitch includes:
£72.42 per pitch (including booking fees)
10m × 8m pitch
Two adults and up to three children (under 18)
Unlimited entry to the exhibition area
Four nights of live entertainment
12 months' access to the What Motorhome digital archive

Arrival
If you are camping with Cambrian & Wyvern Region, please arrive between 10:00am and 7:00pm on Thursday or Friday.
Although Warners permit arrivals from 8:00am to 9:00pm, the Region asks members to arrive between 10:00am and 7:00pm so our stewards are available to pitch campers safely and efficiently in the Club Camping Area.

Camping with Cambrian & Wyvern Region
To camp with Cambrian & Wyvern Region, you must book your pitch directly with Warners.
Important
During the booking process you will be asked to choose a camping area.
To camp with Cambrian & Wyvern Region you must select Club Camping Areas.
This is one of several camping options and is not the same as General Camping Area, Electric Hook-Up Camping Area or Blue Badge Camping Area. If you select any other camping area, you will not be pitched with the Region.

Add any optional tickets you require, including:
Additional Occupant tickets (if more than two adults or three children will be staying on your pitch).
Saturday Night Entertainment Ticket (Adult), if you wish to attend the Saturday headline show.
Continue to the next page.
On the next page you should see a Club drop-down list.
If you do not see a Club drop-down list, you have selected the wrong camping area. Go back and select Club Camping Areas before continuing.
Select Camping & Caravanning Club from the Club drop-down list.
Enter your Camping & Caravanning Club Membership Number.
Complete your payment.
Your booking confirmation and e-ticket will then be emailed to you.
Region Committee meeting
Committee meeting to be held at Ashleworth. Full details to follow, venue for camping is Rectory Farm from 9 October.
Nuholme THS
Join us for our annual THS at Nuholme Farm, Chipping Norton. Slightly sloping field with views of the Cotswolds. Within 1 mile of Chipping Norton and in in easy reach of Clarkson’s Farm, Stratford upon Avon, Blenheim Place, Oxford and Cotswold’s towns and villages.
Toilets & showers on site. No EHU but charging facilities available. Local bus service outside. Regional SP on approach, gate security code required for access, please contact the steward 5 mins before arrival. 07397105643.

Region Annual General Meeting
The Cambrian and Wyvern Annual General meeting with take place at Yew Tree Farm, Kidderminster on Saturday 6 June at 2.30pm
All members are welcome to attend. Please remember to bring your membership cards.
Camping will be available from Friday 5 June, to Sunday 7 June. Site fee £16 pupn, £7 EHU pupn

Wolverley Camping & Caravanning Club site
We are camping at Wolverley Camping & Caravanning Club site from Thursday 23rd April until Sunday 26th April 2026. All pitches will be on hard standing with electric.
On Saturday East Worcester DA's EGM will be held at Rowberry's Garden Centre DY10 4NQ.
The cost is £20 per night and we will need to close the bookings on Thursday 9th April. Payment to be taken in full via BACS.
There are limited pitches for this event with Cambrian & Wyvern Region.
Preferred method of payment is by bank transfer - Account name - Camping & Caravanning Club, Cambrian & Wyvern Region Sort code 30-96-00 Account no. 03840128. Use reference - WOL and your membership no.
You will not be able to arrive on site until 1pm onwards on the day you have booked for.

Chairmans Dinner
Our annual dinner offers 2 nights camping at Blackmore Club site, coach and dinner at Worcester Golf Club on the Saturday evening.

NEC Trip
We are camping at Blackmore Camping & Caravanning Club site from Friday 17th October until Sunday 19th October 2025. On Saturday the bus will take you to the NEC for the Motorhome and Caravan show and return to site later. The cost for the weekend is £60 per couple per unit or £50 for single occupancy per unit, this includes camping with electric, return bus to the show and tickets into the show. A £40 non refundable deposit is required within 7 days of completing the form. The remaining £10 per person will need to be paid at Blackmore, in the hall on the Friday evening.
There are limited pitches as this event is subsidised by Cambrian & Wyvern Region.
Region Committee Meeting & EGM
Harpbury Village Hall, Over Old Rd, Hartpury, Gloucester GL19 3BJ
The committee meeting will be held during the morning, with an EGM for all members from 1 pm, followed by the committee meeting. The EGM is to accept the Region accounts which had not been audited at the time of the AGM in May.
Camping for the weekend will be available at Rectory Farm, Ashleworth. Please contact our secretary Joan, to book a pitch.

A regular bus service which passes by the site entrance to Tenby and beyond. Many members use the numerous surrounding footpaths and coastal path to Saundersfoot or even Tenby, choosing to return to site by bus.
There are plenty of places to visit nearby too with castles like Manorbier, Carew, Laugharne and Pembroke as well as a number of stunning beaches in the area. The nearby town of Tenby is known for its 13th century town walls and a lovely stretch of sandy shoreline.
The Pembrokeshire coast National Park is Britain's only coastal National Park and the opportunity to walk the coastal path is a key reason why so many visitors holiday in this part of Wales.

Nu Holme THS
Located 1 mile from Chipping Norton town centre, with a footpath all the way. A lively town with plenty of pubs, nice restaurants, theatre, golf club, information centre, library and a museum, are a little of whats on offer. There are lovely walks in the area and nearby attractions. Depending on livestock in the fields a dog walking area is available, but dogs should be kept on leads as Club rules require. Own sanitation is essential. A limited bus service passes the site entrance.
No booking required, but please ring prior to arrival to ease access. Steward: 07714006199.
